Why Level Zen?
Modern interpretations of "zen" describe it as a
concept that encompasses the total balance and wholeness of body, mind,
and soul. A state of zen is characterized by inner peace, centeredness,
clarity, enlightenment. This balance is unique to each individual and unaffected by external stresses.
The zen circle is a symbol of both simplicity and complexity. It is
difficult to master a perfect circle in one fluid brushstroke. This
illustrates the "less is more" lifestyle that is often desired.
Orange represents fire and the value of creativity and spontaneity, while the brown
around it represents earth and the value of being grounded at the same
time.
Like many other things in life, wellness is a journey. It is therefore beneficial for each of us to take
steps needed to recalibrate health and restore a sense of well-being and optimal health,
that is, continuously return to your level zen.
When you feel your best, chances are you'll thrive.
